Please email us at dowsfashions@eastlink.ca within 10 days of receiving the order and we will confirm your request for Refund, Exchange or Credit.

Online orders and returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your items.
Once a Return Number has been sent to you, please have the item returned within 7 days.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition with all tags attached. It may not be washed, worn or damaged.

Original Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Clothing and Accessories 30% off or greater is final sale.
